Living in Singapore we do not have mountainous terrain to train on. But we try to make the best of what we have here. We train 3 times per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Next Coming Expeditions
In order to reach Mount Everest (8850meters) we have to complete many other expeditions to build our stamina and acclimatise to that height. Starting with Mount Kinabalu (4095meters) in Malaysia.
